S stage is calculated from the following site-specific factors * SSF 13: Post-Orchiectomy Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) Range * SSF 15: Post-Orchiectomy Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) Range * SSF 16: Post-Orchiectomy Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Range **Note 4:** In addition to directly assigning TNM, Summary Stage 2000 (SS2000) must be captured.
