This is a clinical evaluation only based on image defined risk factors. This information will be collected in 9611: Intl Neuroblastoma Risk Gp Stag Sys * The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) use the *International Neuroblastoma Staging System (INSS)*, which is based on surgical resection and is defined by stage group * Pediatric Primary Tumor, Pediatric Regional Nodes, and Pediatric Mets will be collected for surveillance purposes based on surgical resection and will derive the INSS Stage Group
