**Note 1:** Code only regional nodes and nodes, NOS, in this field. Distant nodes are coded in EOD Mets.
**Note 2:** Nodes in contiguous (secondary) and bidirectional (cephalad/caudal) primary nodal basins are coded in EOD Regional Nodes.
**Note 3:** Regional lymph nodes include
- Iliac (common, external, internal [hypogastric] [obturator], NOS)
- Inguinal (superficial [femoral], NOS)
- Inguinal, deep (Node of Cloquet or Rosenmuller [highest deep inguinal], NOS)
- Pelvic, NOS (including true pelvis)
- Perivesical
- Presacral
- Sacral, NOS
**Note 4:** Code 800 if regional lymph nodes are involved, but there is no indication which ones are involved.
