**Note 1**: In the case of multiple simultaneous tumors, code the tumor with greatest extension. **Note 2**: Skin ulceration does not alter the AJCC T category. **Note 3**: Presence of tumor at eyelid margin takes priority over depth of invasion in dermis/tarsal plate; i.e., code 250 takes priority over codes 100-200. **Note 4**: Metastatic skin lesions are coded in CS Mets at DX.
