Notes
**Note 1**: When both the Federation Internationale de Gynecologie et d'Obstetrique (FIGO) stage and extension detail are available, record the code with extension detail in preference to a statement of FIGO stage. **Note 2**: According to AJCC, metastasis to genital structures for gestational trophoblastic tumors (GTT) is considered T2 and not M1.
