**Note**: Information is collected on the germline mutation of the retinoblastoma (RB) gene. Typically tumor tissue is tested to identify the presence of the mutation. Peripheral blood lymphocytes are tested to determine if the RB gene is a germline mutation (inherited). Code the results of testing as reported in the medical record.Default
