Metastasis to genital structures is coded in CS Extension. **Note 2**: All lymph node involvement for GTT is considered M1b. Lymph node involvement, whether of regional or distant nodes, is coded in CS Mets at DX. **Note 3**: When both the Federation Internationale de Gynecologie et d'Obstetrique (FIGO) stage and metastatic detail are available, record the code with metastatic detail in preference to a statement of FIGO stage.
