C695 Lacrimal gland [excluding lacrimal sac, lacrimal duct] **Note 1:** This schema is based on the UICC chapter *Carcinoma of Lacrimal Gland,* pages 301-303. * **Site-Specific Factor 25, Schema Discriminator: Lacrimal Gland/Lacrimal Sac** is used to discriminate between lacrimal gland, staged by TNM, and lacrimal sac, not staged by TNM. Both sites are coded to ICD-O-3 code C695 * TNM is defined; however, there is no stage group **Note 2:** Laterality must be coded for this site. **Note 3:** In addition to directly assigning TNM, Summary Stage 2000 (SS2000) must be captured.
