**Note 1:** The constitutional symptoms (B symptoms) for Kaposi Sarcoma are: * Fevers: Unexplained fever with temperature above 38 degrees C * Night sweats: Drenching sweats that require change of bedclothes * Weight loss: Unexplained weight loss of more than 10% of the usual body weight in the six months prior to diagnosis * Diarrhea: Persistent diarrhea lasting longer than two weeks **Note 2:** The presence of these constitutional symptoms for Kaposi Sarcoma does not modify the stage. **Note 3:** Assign code 000 if the History and Physical, progress notes, and consultations make no mention of B symptoms.
