TNM v1.9 changes:
- Bone: An error that was introduced into the calculation for Combined N in version 1.8 was corrected.
- Epiglottis Anterior: Note 3 Summary Stage 2000 chapter was corrected to be Tonsil, Oropharynx on page 60.
- General: The Combined N logic when Clin N = cX, Path N = pX and Reg Nodes Positive = 00, was to set Combined N to 0. It was adjusted to include the c prefix for a final value of c0.
