EOD Regional Nodes

Notes

**Note 1:** Code only regional nodes, and nodes, NOS, in this field. Distant nodes are coded in EOD Mets. **Note 2:** Code 400 for cases with tumor deposits but no identified lymph node metastases. If there are tumor deposits and positive nodes, assign the appropriate code based on the number of positive regional nodes. Do not add the number of tumor deposits to the number of positive regional lymph nodes if one or more lymph nodes contain cancer. **Note 3:** Code 800 if regional lymph nodes are involved, but there is no indication which ones are involved.
