EOD Regional Nodes

Notes
**Note 1:** Code only regional nodes and nodes, NOS, in this field. Distant nodes are coded in EOD Mets. **Note 2:** "Vocal cord paralysis," "superior vena cava syndrome," and "compression of the trachea or the esophagus" are classified as mediastinal lymph node involvement (code 400) unless there is a statement of involvement by direct extension from the primary tumor. **Note 3:** Code 800 if regional lymph nodes are involved, but there is no indication which ones are involved.Default
