**Note 1**: This item reflects the validity of the classification of the item CS Mets at DX only according to diagnostic methods employed. **Note 2**: CS Lymph Mets Eval is an applicable data item for ocular adnexal lymphomas in AJCC 7th Edition staging. The data item is not applicable for all lymphomas in AJCC 6th Edition staging.

Evaluation of distant metastasis based on endoscopic examination or other invasive technique, including surgical observation without biopsy. No pathologic examination of metastatic tissue performed or pathologic examination was negative.
